We assess the first prototype for fit, comfort, construction quality, stitching accuracy, and adherence to the technical blueprint. Any deviations are flagged and corrected.

Fit & Wear Testing

We conduct fit sessions, movement tests, stress evaluation, and product performance checks to ensure your final product meets comfort and quality benchmarks.

Refinement & PPS (Pre-Production Sample) Finalization

Revisions are applied to the tech pack and patterns until the product achieves the perfect fit, construction quality, and visual alignment. The PPS becomes the benchmark for bulk production.
