Her career began in corporate fashion at Juicy Couture and O'neill, before moving to BB Dakota where she led product development, merchandising, and go-to-market strategies across women’s apparel, accessories, and activewear—building a deep understanding of what makes a product not just beautiful, but sellable.

Today, as the founder of Thread Vision, Whitney partners with businesses, entrepreneurs, and emerging brands to bring their visions to life.   Her innovative idea has grown into a successful agency offering custom design, manufacturing, and fulfillment services—all under one roof. Through hard work, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft, Whitney has built a reputation for bridging the gap between creative inspiration and operational execution, helping clients turn bold ideas into profitable, scalable businesses.

I've been a creative my whole life so once I found a career that complimented that, I was in heaven! I absolutely LOVE what I do. My dad is a designer/builder/wood working guru and I owe a lot of my creative approach to his teachings and guidance. Not only do we discuss design approaches and strategic thinking at the dinner table, I have built a successful career for myself working with companies like BB Dakota, Steve Madden and Cleobella, along with numerous private labels, licensing and branding partnerships.

In my 15 years, I've helped build several brands from the ground up and am beyond honored to have been able to see what once was concepts on paper, brought to life and thriving. With a deep understanding of design, brand identity, and consumer behavior, I have a track record of creating innovative products for a diverse range of clients. My ability to collaborate and inspire creativity has enabled me to lead successful product launches for some of the most recognized creators.

Making new contacts, meeting new people, and building relationships between brands and retailers is what I do best! I’ve been an Account Executive in the apparel industry for the past 15 years offering wholesale expertise for some of the best brands on the market; Steve Madden, BB Dakota, Diane Von Furstenberg, Joie, Vince, Theory, Gypsy 05 and Joes Jeans. I work closely with accounts to make sure they are putting out the right merchandise mix to maximize opportunity and minimize risk. From sales planning to analyzing sales performance, it’s my job to set you up for continued success!
