How To Get Started
I'm so overwhelmed with the idea of creating a product, can you help?
OF COURSE! This is what we do! We will use our expertise and time to design, develop and produce your collection FOR YOU!
How does the whole process work?
We begin with an introductory call to make sure we are the right fit for working together. During this call, we discuss your project goals, product vision, and specific needs while walking you through Thread Vision’s full service offering.
Once the scope is clearly defined, we provide a custom proposal outlining budget, timeline, and next steps. After contract execution and the initial down payment, we move into the design phase.
You will work closely with our creative director to develop detailed product designs and renderings that show exactly how your product will look before sampling begins. Once samples are produced, you will review and approve them to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
After final approval, we place the production order. Your products are then manufactured and shipped to our warehouse, where we manage storage and fulfillment on your behalf. From concept to delivery, Thread Vision handles the entire process so you can focus on growing your brand.
How long does it take to launch a brand?
The timeline depends on your product type, level of customization, and overall scope. Simpler products such as accessories or paper goods typically have shorter lead times, often around four months. More complex projects, like fully custom apparel collections, can take closer to a year from concept to launch.

What is your minimum order quantity and/or minimum investment?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 100 units, with higher quantities available based on your product type and project scope. We offer three service packages designed to support different brand needs, goals, and stages of growth.
Each package scales in complexity and investment, allowing us to recommend the most strategic option based on your product vision, timeline, and budget.
What If...
I don't have a large social media following yet...
A large social media following is not required to launch a successful product line. We work with founders at every stage, from first-time launches to established brand owners, and we consistently see that results come from strategy, not follower count.
Clear brand positioning, thoughtful product development, and intentional storytelling matter far more than audience size. When your product is well designed and consistently showcased, your brand has room to grow, regardless of where you are starting.
I’m not sure which products to create!

We’re more than happy to handle the details of your Customer Support strategy. We can take care of customer emails, checking orders and managing shipping follow-ups- giving your customers a seamless experience and giving you back your time.
The Design Process
So, who has intellectual property rights to the designs?
Rest assured, our clients own all IP once they purchase the product from Thread Vision. This is your brand, we are just making it happen!
Who has creative control?
You do! This is your brand so you have all creative final say. We are here to help guide best business decisions but ultimately you know your audience best.
Which types of products do you make?
We specialize in apparel and accessories. Think sweatshirts, tee’s, headwear, coffee mugs, tumblers, and paper goods. We can also create products that don’t exist in the market since we are building everything from scratch. Check our product offering page and or our IG!
Do I get more than one prototype if I want to change things a bit?
Yes, absolutely. During the sampling phase, you will test, feel, and wear your product, making any necessary adjustments to ensure it’s perfect. From sourcing materials to refining the fit, we fine-tune every detail to match your vision. We’ll be sure you are 100% happy with your product before we move forward together!
Service Offerings
Can I start by hiring Thread Vision just for my branding at first?
Of course! We can help identify your positioning and create a brand identity that will last. Our branding packages include logo ideation, submarks, color and font selects, and of course pretty mood boards.
What support will I get from Thread Vision once my product is live?
All of it! We are here to ensure you feel confident scaling your brand. We will review sales analytics, discover trends, and discuss future ideations and business strategy for growth.
Do I need to have a team of my own to manage my product launch?
Nope, that’s what we do! Think of us as your behind the scene’s team taking care of all your product needs. We can walk you through all thats needed for launches and ensure we are executing efficiently and successfully.

What's the standard markup your client's use for their products?
Industry standard is 2-2.2x wholesale price.
How much time will it take for me to recoup my investment for inventory?
As soon as you sell half your product at a 50% mark-up you have recouped your investment with Thread Vision. The second half of sales are profits in your pocket!
Which products typically sell best for your clients?
The products that are thoughtfully created and properly marketed are going to sell the best no matter the category!
